The Goal of our Anger and Frustration Workshop is to help you prepare for the often arduous task entering into a divorce or custody dispute with someone you once had a hopefully meaningful relationship with. This program is not a domestic violence program, but rather an educational based support group that helps men deal with the issues of anger and frustration.
Our approach to dealing with divorce and custody issues is based on a clear understanding of the rules and helping you navigate the system successfully. Attempting to do this when you are full of anger and frustration is a no-win situation. Fathers get hurt, mothers get hurt and most of all the children get hurt. No one wins...
